For all of you on WW Online... how do you find you use your points? And, how does it work for you?
The first week, I only used my daily value. I never used FlexPoints and I never swapped Activity Points. This week (obviously you lose more in your first week), I lost 5 lbs. Since then, I've been using my FlexPoints, or some of them, sometimes all, and once I went over. I've lost a stead 1 lb. per week but would like to kick that up!
I would love to hear your tactics.

I did not actually vote in the poll because this is my first week doing WW online. Most days so far, I have not used any flexpoints, but we went out for Mexican food last night and I did use 6 points extra. One day I have used one activity point, but I think I earned 5 that day. (Water aerobics) I am going to try different things and see how the weight goes. I have been working out 6 days a week for almost 2 months now with no loss so far, so I am hoping that keeping track and within my points will get things started.
