Hi! I just joined Weight Watchers on Sunday, so today is day 2. I can eat 22 points a day and it's been suprisingly easy for me! I LOVE the fetuccini alfredo w/ broccoli Smart Ones... I think I could live off that for the entire month. I am saving my 35 use 'em or lose 'em points for friday or saturday when we usually go out to eat. I will be going to Disney in Dec. so by then I hope to lose 20 lbs. Is that reasonable? Well, i figured at 2 lbs a week it would be around 20 lbs. Hopefully! Sooo.... how do u fo WW in Disney??? This has probably been answered numerous times, so I'm sorry. Do u just say "forget WW" and pig out? I'm seriously considering this.... :scratchin
But I know I should be stronger!

twoprincesses :welcome: to WISH! be sure to check out the link in my signature for WISH board 101 and how to get your official WISH clippie! you'll want to grab it right away and soon you'll be changing it to 5 lbs loss I just know it!

first off, cyber high five on your commitment to get healthy! i do WW online and have unofiicially done WW since 2003. I lost 25 lbs in 2003, then somehow (well maybe slacking on the journaling!) i let 20 lbs creep back on over the past 18 mos. I'm working on getting back to goal and staying there!

without knowing your height, weight and age, and only assuming by having young children and your 22 minimum points requirement, and that your loss goal is 20 lbs -- you are not severely overweight but wanting to get rid of some fluff to feel better. me too. then i might add from my experience that 2 lbs consisently a week may be hard and possibly a stretch -- especially if you have been a workout kind of person anyhow. I notice I lose the first 5 - 10 quicker, than as i get closer to goal the weekly amount trickles down to .5 - 1 lb a week loss. but those add up -- i'm not saying this to be discouraging, just so you don't lose hope if you have a lower week loss

you'll definately lose it be December! i'm aiming for summer!

search our board for WW in WDW and i'm sure you'll get lots of hits, this is a frequently asked question. if you have trouble, PM me and i'll help you find them

good luck! you have found the best place for support inbetween your meetings!

I never tracked my WW points at WDW, but what I do is eat smaller portions of whatever I order. I usually walk enough on the trip to make up for all the extra little goodies that I eat. Good luck to you and it sounds like you shouldn't have a problem losing the weight you want by December. pixiedust:
