I just looked up some things I get, and boy was I suprised to see what I thought was low in pts was really really high !!!

Hi Miss Missy! It sure is a great website and it definitely helps me stay away from some of the "healthy" food out there once I know how many points they have. On the flip side, I have discovered some foods that I thought would be high in points that actually aren't.
