Ugh. I am pretty tired of myself and unmotivated and frustrated. I have been making an attempt this last week or so to do WW. I have the materials as I have done it in the past--just the points system before the new combo plan--but I am not getting anywhere. I do good for like three days and then I just totally go off and have french fries and ice cream for dinner. Yeah, that's a good choice.....
Anyway, I have joined Curves and am going and like it so that is a positive step, but I am NOT getting my eating under control.
I have been to WW meetings in the past and I know this leader in the city I live in is NOT a good fit for me. I also feel like one more commitment on my plate is going to really be a struggle but I don't know what to do. On my own, I am not cutting it. So, I guess I am wondering if there are others out there who have tried on their own but found the meetings to really be key and if you haven't bee able to manage meetings, what have you done to keep on track and focused?
