I just bought an Apple Home Pod Mini and got it in the mail today. Rather perplexingly, the seller ALSO sent me a "Fridge Camera". Not sure what to make of that. The packing says it does what it says on the tin - it's a camera you put in your fridge. But. Why?

I feel like people use those to see what's in their fridge when they're shopping... like "do I have milk? Let me check!"

I've never heard of that. I'm wondering if its purpose to see the contents of your fridge - so when you're at the grocery store you can see what needs replenished? Just a guess.

Never heard of them either but in looking around online you can apparently buy some refrigerators with a built-in camera. Do you have to buy a new refrigerator when the software is out of date or no longer supported?..........LOL. Good luck if something ever needs service, do you call the IT guy or repairman? I have had issues in the past with other less complicated devices and each group tells you the problem isn't in their area and you need to call someone else. Guess I still prefer doing it the old-fashioned way and make up my shopping list BEFORE I leave home to go to the grocery store.

I'm more concerned as to why the seller apparently sent you an item that you didn't order. Was it a mistake on the seller's part?

I'd be VERY wary about any electronic device sent but wasn't ordered.

Had a Pepsi thief that I solved easily enough.

Worked 12 hours, 2 breaks. Can of Pepsi for my morning coffee, and 2 cans for my 2 breaks. I'd go to break and my bag was sitting on the counter empty.

Finally went in the breakroom while everyone in production was on break. Again, empty bag so I announced to the group that tomorrow there will be 3 cans of Pepsi in the fridge and I will be the only one who knows which can was rubbed around in the cat litter box.

Next day I brought in 3 cans, but I didn't actually do that. Went to lunch, still had my 3 cans in the fridge. No one touched them after that.

It's all fun and games until that fridge cam gets hacked (by any group) and connects to say, a computer, accesses bank accounts, credit card data..Ring cameras on the doors....small stuff.
