Wth?! Apparently Lindsay Lohan

is suing E*Trade because she believes their "milkaholic" baby named Lindsay in their Super Bowl commercial was modeled after her. I don't know whether to or .

They compared her name to Madonna or Oprah. Please.

When I think about how cute she was years ago in Parent Trap, I want to cry. She's delusional and so messed up.

Somebody needs to slap her and her mama for the freak she has become.

I saw this on People this morning and was speechless. She is delusional for sure!

I could name my child Lindsay without thinking "Lindsay Lohan" each time. I couldn't do the same if I named my child "Madonna" "Oprah", or "Cher".

She's whack.

I hope the case gets dropped. Lindsay is a popular name. She is NOT like Cher or Madonna. She cannot be known by just her first name.

Ah well, when you can no longer make money at your chosen career (here, acting) I guess that the best you can do is sue someone for 100 Million dollars.

I bet she is hoping for a 'quick settlement' (many corporations will pay just to avoid the expense of trial). I bet she will be happy to settle for $25,000 or so.

Of course, her attorney will probably get a chunk of that (I imagine the law firm agreed to sue in return for 33 percent of whatever they obtain).

I do think that the defendants will file a motion to have the case dismissed, and that the judge will grant the motion.
