Wsst Coast beach/pool excursions

My husband and I and 2 friends will be traveling with 2 9 month old twins and 1 4 year old. With this age group of kids I am planning on just doing all of the beach pool excursions.

Does anyone have recommedations:

las caltas Vs PV beach break- Puerto vallarta
MZ- Beach escape
Cabo- Beach break or pool

The beach escape in Matazlan is great! I was on the June 4th cruise. We had a good time there. Lunch and two drinks are provided with this excursion. That was wonderful. The resort was nice...pools, beach chairs, etc. It is also near the "Golden Zone" of shopping. If you get any time away from the kids, you can easily walk to the stores. That's what we did...no taxi fees that way. Hope you have fun!
