Just got verification from DH that we WILL go to Epcot/World Showcase on our upcoming trip!!

I'm so excited!! We were there last year with the kids and absolutely loved it. I want to do a "Beers Around the World" tour!! No, we're not lushes but how cool does that sound. A whole day of drinks and food from all over the globe.

This will be the only WDW park we'll visit on this trip. We'll be doing USF/IOA for three days. Anyone have any suggestions for good places to eat there? Want to try Emeril's.

Emeril's at CityWalk is excellent. You'll need reservations. His newest, Tchoupchop is wonderful too. It's a tribute restaurant to Polynesian/Hawaiian cuisine. You'll need reservations for this one too.

I’m not sure if you enjoy car racing but the NASCAR café did the trick for everyone in our family. The food is not fancy just a regular burgers and such, but it is a lot of fun and my kids and hubby both wanted to go back there in October. They have a lot of racing memorabilia on display and the two full size cars they have hanging inside start at random. My “kids” (DH and DSs) both loved this part!
