I have reservations for Le Cellier in the evening, but I am planning to spend the majority of my day at MK. Can I park somewhere near the IG so i don't have to walk from the front of the park to the back for my ressie?

No unless you choose to Valet Park at a nearby resort. Valet is $25 plus tip.
Resort parking Lots are neither designed to be nor large enough to be theme park parking. Imagine you are paying the nightly rate to stay at one of those Deluxe resorts and you come back and are unable to park at your resort because the parking is full. That is not fair.

You can pay to valet parking at the Beach Club or the Boardwalk, but it will run you around $30 and won't really save you much walking.

Parking at resorts is for those who are enjoying the resort facilities...either paying to stay there, or eating there. You are not entitled to self park there for park access. In all reality? It will be almost as long a walk from resort parking as it would be from the monorail platform.

There is no Epcot parking by IG and parking at the resorts is not meant for Theme Park access.
