Wrong Tickets for MNSSHP!!!!!!!

I received my tickets today and they are for the wrong day!! The day they sent them for, we will be back in the UK!!!!!!!

I had to call WDW and I now have to take copies of everything including my passport or drivers licence and post it back - at my expense!!!!!

I was so excited when the envelope arrived and now I am just disappointed and hassled!!!

My advice is check your tickets carefully when you receive them!

I would call them and explain that this is not your mistake, and that they need to send you a prepaid postage label for international postage so you can send them back.

There's absolutely NO reason you should have to pay for those expenses!!!!
