Wrong MNSSHP tickets were issued
Last week I was insanely happy when the purolator guy came to my door with my MNSSHP tickets......my bubble was soon burst when I realized that they were for the wrong date......I was in a real panic knowing that they are not refundable....I called disney and they told my to send them back to them and that they would issue my new cards for the 26th and send them to me....it cost me $11.00 to send them back to them by priority courier plus I was on hold for at least 10 minutes on the phone long distance.....this was a costly mistake made by disney and it wasn't very magical....She first charged me for 2 children tickets and of course gave me the wrong date....I had to call to change them to 2 adult ticket ....2 long distance calls and $11 for courier service and still no tickets.....please send some pixie dust my way all you diser's....pixiedust: :charac2: :disrocks:

:grouphug: What a bummer! Did you ask them to reimburse you??

I would certainly send a follow-up letter! They should at least let you
ride in the parade that night or something!!

Bring copies receipts, phone bills, etc. and after you get there go to Guest Relations ask for some extra pixie dust. Complimentary souvenirs, Disney Dollars, dream fastpasses (of a different shape and material and with different wording), complimentary snacks, all seem in-line. Nothing guaranteed but worth a try. If you have reason to believe that outsourcing of the ordering department to another country such that a language barrier resulted, point that out.

That is what I was thinking too. I agree that they made the mistake and should do something to make up for it. Please use the toll free number to call as it will save you major dollars! If I was the CM at guest relations I would question paying for a phone bill when there is a toll free number available. Just my two cents........ I hope you get your tickets straightened out and have a great time as we really enjoyed the MNSSHP this year again and had a great magical vacation.
