Written Confirmation?

I read on another thread this evening that someone received a "written confirmation" of their room rate. I booked a room-only reservation last fall with the BDP code, but only was provided a confirmation number....nothing in writing however. Should I have received something from WDW Central Reservations?

Usually you'll get a letter from WDW about two weeks after you booked. If you didn't get it I'd call them and let them know. I'm sure it's fine, but I like to have that letter when I check-in just in case there is an error or problem.

Keep calling them, use the 800 number 800-828-0228. It took, I kid you not, at least 6 phone calls to hem before I received a confirmation letter in the mail from them. I really like having it in hand for check in purposes.
