Written confirmation question

Hi everyone,

I just got my "official" Disney confirmation in the mail today and there was no information regarding the fact that we reserved (and paid for) a king size room even though the price is for the king room. Do I have to call and make sure that everything is ok or is this how they send out the confirmations (everything else was correct).

Any input would be great- dealing with CRO and DTC has not been magical:confused:

What is the resort for the reservation? By saying "King Size Room" , do you mean King Size bed or a deluxe size room? In only a couple of resorts can you actually reserve and pay for a King Size bed. In all other resorts, it is a request ONLY and will never be guaranteed.

We've got ressies at CBR. I was quoted a price for a standard room and as I was speaking to the CM he suggested a king size bed room because it is DH, DD (2.5) and I. DD will be in the pack and play. So I agreed and reserved at the rate which was about $10 more per night. That's why I'm thinking that maybe it would be on the reservation considering that it was more than a just a request. What do you think?

Couldn't hurt to give them a call. Better to know excactly what to expect prior to your arrival:earsboy:
 

I'll be at POR in Feb. paid the extra for a king bed. It does state on my confirmation king bed. I would call if I were you to be sure.
