From a not-so-always perfect Mouseketeer.....a few things weighing on my mind from the past several trips.

DO - Watch out for your fellow Mouse's toes. Using your child's stroller as a means to plow through the crowd after an exhausting day can do harm.

DON'T - Cough and sneeze without restraint when in cue. As terrible as it must be to be flu or cold-ridden in Disney (believe me, we've been there), it is truly an earnest thing to try to protect others from the misery you are experiencing.

DO - 'TRY' TO throw your trash in the waste bins. An *attempt* (and miss) does not count. As they say, 'close only cuts it for horse shoes'....

DON'T - Hop in the single rider line then at the last minute jump in front of those that have been waiting in regular lines with our families so that you may ride with your child. We all have been there and many of us have sucked it up / waited for precisely that reason.

DO - Be aware that all of us have paid for admission to the parks. As such, we are all on level ground and no one is more 'entitled' than another as a result.

DON'T - Stop when in queue at a popular attraction and take a hundred pictures...making sure to block all behind you from passing while you review to ensure the perfect shot was captured. It's just plain rude.

DO - Make reservations, not drama. Pretending to have a reservation at a restaurant and 'losing' the confirmation, does not equal a reservation. Especially when you throw a tantrum to in effort to intimidate Cast Members into providing seating. It scares people, especially children....

DON'T - Dear Disney, please don't forget your loyal and ever-so protective frequenters. We care about the parks and what Dear Walt's vision was. We DO see disrespect toward Cast Members and try to represent better. We DON'T litter unabashedly as we have some sense of pride in the Dream and a sense of responsibility to help uphold it. We DO love the experience, the people, the joy in a first time visitor's eyes (especially a small child). But DON'T forget about us....as we will be with you through thick and thin and our sparkle will never fade <3

I love love love your last comment. I am not a frequenter (but would love to be), and I am so happy to read about people who share the dream

On our trip last Nov-Dec, I never saw so many Kamikaze stroller operators before. They would dart in front of you and cut you off. I lost track of how many times my family and I had to stop short to keep from colliding with the stroller when someone darted in front of us.

And, I saw quite a few people on scooters that were much worse than the stroller parents. They didn't care if they cut you off or made you stop. The worst one was a lady on a scooter that kept beeping the horn to try to get folks to move out of her way!

Here's a couple more:

DON'T stand in front of the entrances to rides, blocking the entrance while you figure out what you want to do. Just move to the side and let people through.

DON'T block the exit lines in QS restaurants!

We almost got run down too one year by a child pushing his own stroller, he was erratically pushing it while his mother meandered, not paying attention

Loved your post!!

For those who are able to walk without the use of a scooter or other mobility device, keep an eye out for and be courteous to those using them. Last trip I had a lady yell at me because my scooter ran over her flip flop. She was walking beside me, and stepped sideways right in between my wheels as I was passing her on the left. Absolutely not my fault. And those things cannot stop immediately since there is no brake, so please don't just walk right in front of us and assume we can!
