WPE - To tip or not to tip?

We noticed the last time we were at Wolfgang Puck Express, instead of getting your own food, cutlery etc., they have waitstaff for that now.

We went twice on that last trip. The first time we got our own drinks, cutlery and someone brought out our food and we never saw them again, so granted we felt no need to tip....the second time, we were waited on allot more, almost too much, our 'helper' came over repeatedly asking if we wanted refills etc....it made me uncomfortable and I couldn't wait to eat and leave. I didn't expect all that attention at a CS.

My question is, since this is still considered a Counter Service, should one feel obligated to tip here?
