Wow, what a life.

Are you saying don't believe everything because people lie or exagerate about their real life on the internet or something else?

Now, if you believe all you read on the internet then you are worse off than me and I feel sorry for you.

OK.... now what part is NOT true?? I have read a few of your older posts and I am curious about some contradictions.

Sorry for this most stupid post! But my budget is off.

Well today we put a down payment on our new jet since I didn't want to be seen in last years model. Now we can snowboard in France all season!

However getting the airport in the the 07 Hummer is a problem since it was a bad year and we need a new 08.

Then at the country club a new person had bigger diamond earrings that I did so I went out and bought new one immediately!

Why don't I have an Illuminate snowboard and only NS or Arbors? My life is so bad.

Now, if you believe all you read on the internet then you are worse off than me and I feel sorry for you.

Ummm, what? :confused3

The responses are a lot more entertaining then the OP.

Folks some of you need to learn to loosen up LOL! It's only a message board.

Yeah, I know what you mean. I was mortified to learn that I do NOT have the largest amount of debt on the Dis. So I promptly went out and charged 1000 DVC points on my credit card at 33% interest. I DID use my Disney Visa, though, so I'm psyched about the Disney dollars--totally worth it.:rotfl2:

I agree with you. But which is to be believed? Maybe, none of it?

You had an auto accident with traumatic brain injury in Dec. 2005, while wearing full length mink coat. Six weeks later you vacationed on beaches in Mexico.

You couldn't work because of brain injury, went on SSI. After getting SSI, you bought $30,000 worth of DVC. You closed on DVC Dec. 2006. Later, you say you bought DVC before the 2005 accident.

You apply for food stamps and low income housing, yet have been to WDW/DL 6 times in the past twelve months and have another trip planned in December of this year. You post about a DVC member giving you points for a stay, after pleading poverty. Recently, you post about immediatley adding on more DVC points when the Contemporary Resort is announced.

All of this is from your posts, right here on this DIS. Were/are you just pulling at the hearstrings of the good natured and trusting members of the DIS?

Is this true? I've missed these posts. Have they been here on the budget board or CB?

I really hope this isn't right. :sad2:

... has memory problems, thus the SSDI but is in charge of the photo sharing going on here on this board. Also was taking college classes during the time after the injury and did just fine.

I work in the inner city as a special ed teacher. I work with cognitive impaired and autistic students. btw, none of them have "nannies" to help take care of their very special needs children. Their parents make due with what little they have and still find time to take care of their children and love them; no Disney trips required.

I find what you're doing to the system totally wrong and immoral. Most of them have never left the city boundaries. You've seemingly found a way to scam the government, beg for handouts, and go to Disney often while keeping up two residences, one huge horse ranch, the other government subsidized housing. I'm sure the government doesn't have the ranch down as your permanent address.

OMG...has this person been asking for handouts here on the DIS??

Not quite that level. It was a tale of woe and despair about having to cancel a WDW trip (I'm not sure which of the 6 it was) because of financial problems. Then TR posted how a DVC member was gifting her the lodging.

It just struck many as a terrible abuse of the good will of the great people on this site.

For a once in a lifetime trip? Most would have teared up at the genoristy of the DVC member. Instead, you can't help but feel that he/she got taken advantage of.
