We were in WDW from 2/13-2/19. My DF's friend and his family arrived 2/20, and just returned home on 2/26. Well they were riding the Dinosaur ride at a specific time on a certain day, and the 10 year old son was in seat 15... when they got off the ride, the boy was swarmed by 10 CMs. The family was brought to an office and signed a million papers... They won (I'm pretty sure this is what I heard from BF) a 4 day 3 night trip to WDW in October. All expenses paid, air, food, tickets, room, and taxes. They will be the Grand Marshals in the parade when they return. They will get all kinds of wonderful things when they return as well... I cannot remember everything... but it was a LOT of cool perks. It took quite some time for the family to sign everything, so when they were done a CM took them to the park of their choice which was Magic Kingdom, and spent almost 4 hours with the family... every ride they went on, they were escorted right to the front of the line... not one minute of waiting... for the rest of the day!
It is so cool to know this can happen to folks we know! the father was very impressed with how thorough they were, and how random their winning was. Every paper they were signing stated that the person riding in seat 15 on the Dinosaur ride, and such and such day, and that specific time would win this. The interesting part was there was a father and son who had pushed their way in front of this family... if they hadn't been so pushy, they would have won!!!! Too bad for the pushy, line cutting family. And yay for our friends!
