WOW!! That was painless!

Good Morning everyone from Alberta, Canada
It is just after 5 AM here, and I was my Disney CM's first call of the day
I was so worried, after hearing stories of hour long or more waits, that I'd be on hold forever, and that I may not get what I wanted (as our resort booking is also club level)
Well, no worries, it went as smooth as anything...he applied the code to both mine and my girlfriend's families reservation and we are both now confirmed for FREE DINING!!! I am so happy!!!
It is only 5:20, everything is set....it saved us $1,600.00.....and now I can even go back to bed for a couple of hours!
I was so excited, I just had to share my positive experience....Hopefully you'll all get what you are wanting too!

I am anxiously waiting an email from my TM. My trip has been booked since Jan. I included the dining, and now that it's free I will get a nice discount on what I owe.

as to what time they opened the lines? 5 a.m in Calgary would have been 7:00 EST and you are the 1st caller to the CM? Either it was slow or they have a lot of CM's. Wonder if it would be busy this year or not.

Congrats! I booked also and it only took 5 minutes...I was expecting much worse. Now I just have flights to deal with....

They open the lines at 7 am EST. so, I got my call in the que right at opening time

I had no trouble right at 7am twice last week. Once on our 90 day from check in I waited 4 minutes after dialing at 6:59:25. I didn't have to re-dial just got right in the queue and was connected in 4. I couldn't get a Fantasmic package and DS really wanted to see it, so I did the 6:59:25 bit again on Friday - exactly 90 days from the date we wanted the package and got it after 6 minutes on hold. I have not experienced any of the horror stories I had been reading about. Maybe they have more CM's trained on the new system and are finally getting on their game.

Well, congrats!! We are thinking about AKL cl for next trip - we just returned from 8 days at the Polynesian and all this snow in Alberta is killing me!

I called around 5 pm EST, and was connected with a CM within about 4 minutes. My booking went smoothly, no problems. The whole call took less than 15 minutes, including wait times!

The CM I spoke with told me that they had every available body in, including those on 'mandatory over time'. He was one of those in on their days off. We had a great conversation, really nice guy.

I am glad you all had painless experiences.
I needed to change a grand gathering to FD and I was on hold for 37 minutes before speaking to a CM. It then took nearly an hour to get everything done.
When they emailed me the confirmations they were wrong and I had to call back.
In total I spent nearly three hours on the phone to disney yesterday

At least it is all done and corrected.
Now I just have to wait for my 90 day window for my ADR's
