Just received a form called Buyer Open Escrow
My last name is spelled wrong (they ended our name in "er" instead of an "i")
My sister's last name is spelled wrong (they have one "n" in her name instead of two).
And, they show that I am buying 100 points, when I am actually buying 150 points.
Goodness! I better be sure to read and re-read every single word in this process. My DH is already not completely thrilled I am purchasing, I am not looking forward to hearing what he'll say when he sees this.
I would rather have a corrected form, but the email from the title company says that changes are just made on the form, and they will have them fixed on future documents, and not to call them with any changes. To everyone who has pending purchases, be careful !!

Although, I can't imagine having a job where accuracy doesn't mean anything! Must be nice, I guess! No, actually it would make me nuts if I made mistakes all the time.
