YIKES.....I get through just fine during the week. I Have never called on the weekend. Are they closed on Sundays?

MS is extremely busy on Saturday. Unless you are calling to book a day-by-day reservation at your 7- or 11-month window, wait until 4:00-4:30 today or call during the week. Monday mornings are also extremely busy so if you call on Monday, call mid-afternoon. MS is not open on Sunday.

I dialed at exactly at 9:59am (calif. time) this morning and got through, MS said i was her 1st caller!!!!! and yes she said they get really busy on sat.
