I just received the tickets I ordered for our upcoming vacation and noticed that they made an error. One of our tickets was for a MYW 10-day child's ticket with no plus visits, but the ticket they sent included the pluses.

I didn't feel right getting something we didn't pay for so I emailed them to let them know. They responded by saying they appreciated my honesty and to just keep the ticket. How nice is that? I certainly won't hesitate to use them again in the future.
 
Good to know - I will use them since I've heard only good things here.

I have used them for all my tickets but my last ticket that I got (just last week) was wrong, I ordered 10 day no expiry, park hopper adult and I got the same ticket just a childs.. I phoned them and had to send it back to them and they said they will have one there for me at check in.. I am hoping for some plus' on it.. lol.. lets wait and see what I get.. It freaked me out because of how close my dates are, but they have handled it well.
I would use them again.
