I just received the tickets I ordered for our upcoming vacation and noticed that they made an error. One of our tickets was for a MYW 10-day child's ticket with no plus visits, but the ticket they sent included the pluses.
I didn't feel right getting something we didn't pay for so I emailed them to let them know. They responded by saying they appreciated my honesty and to just keep the ticket. How nice is that? I certainly won't hesitate to use them again in the future.
