Yeah, I got to try out the new, i2 model this afternoon. The main difference is that turning the vehicle is done by moving the handle bar post to the right or left- not by turning the handgrip! It is a much more natural effort and I really like it better than the old method. You lean forward to go forward as always, but now you lean to the left to go left!
The new models won't be on the tours for a few weeks, but I'm going to have to do the tour again when they are available.
Want to try it? Just stop by the Innoventions in Communicore West from 1-7 (I think...). You don't get much of a ride, but you will experience the new steering system. Really is a great improvement...
