It is very possible that one of these tortillas is zero points- I haven't tried the Mission brand, but some of the La Tortilla products work out to 0 points.
But be very careful- If you have only one, the fiber can bring it down to zero. But if you have more than one, add all the calories, fat and fiber together *before* you figure your points. While 1 may round to 0 points, 2 could total 2 points!
For instance, a regular La Tortilla tortilla contains:
50 calories
2 g Fat
8 g Fiber
That calculates to ZERO points.
But two of them are:
100 calories
4 g fat
8 g Fiber
And that's TWO points.
Most zero point foods do have calories, but a small enough amount that they are less than 1/2 a point per serving, and you can count a serving of them as zero since less than half rounds down to zero. But they can add up, and you're only cheating yourself if you indulge in *many* servings and don't count the points!
