How long does it usually take for new FP+ options to open up when there is a park hour change? (Specifically from 9 AM opening to 8 AM opening. This could help with FOP)

FP opened for me this morning with our MK day being 60+1 and right now I can book 7DMT for a party of 2 for any time starting at park open. So I think availability of that ride depends on the day. We also got FoP on our arrival day and there were multiple PM time slots available to choose from, which I was not expecting to see.

The day hours change there is a lot of movement and shuffling as people move things around. I've also experienced significant shuffling in the 48 hours before my day of interest. People have to change things around mid-vacation all the time because they overbooked, got sick, scored a coveted ADR, etc.
