DD and I are in Tallahassee. She had her FSU preview today. Tomorrow we get to drive four hours home. So, I am now running a 102 fever. I feel like I may have bronchitis. Gee, I can't wait for the drive home.

Please send good thoughts our way. It is not going to be a pleasant trip home.

Don't worry, as soon as we hit Orlando, I'm going to the nearest clinic!

Thanks, everyone! I'm off to bed. I hope to get an early start in the morning. The sooner I get home, the sooner I can get drugs!

I've been trying not to send any germs toward DD. Keep your fingers crossed that she doesn't join me on this one!

UPDATE... DD and I arrived back in Orlando about 1pm today. I immediately went to the clinic. It turns out I have walking pneumonia. No wonder I feel like something the cat drug in. The doctor gave me a shot and a breathing treatment. I've started an antibiotic, so I'm hoping I will feel better by tomorrow. I hate being sick! Thanks for all the good wishes!

Hope you feeling better soon. I had walking pneumonia once and was down and out for the better part of 2 weeks. Rest and plenty of fluids. Doctor's orders.

OMG, I am so sorry to hear that. My mom had that once and she got hit hard. Took about 3 weeks before she was feeling better and she was terrified afterwards of getting it again.

I will hope that you get better quick. Try to rest and take care of yourself.
