Would you switch your starting Park(DCA) if reservations are now full

Awkwardly worded title but I've reserved DCA as my starting park on Tuesday Aug 16th. I've noticed this park is no longer available for reservations. Does this imply it could be busier than usual? Would you change your starting park? We have 5 day hoppers, this will be day 3 after a beach day, and I am ambivalent about which park we hit in the AM. Only thing to work around are dining reservations and I don't think we'd have a conflict with TS @ 4:30. Sooo, overthinking? Would you switch? Does it really make that much of a difference? I'm guessing its Magic Key holders returning after being locked out all summer. Welcome back if that's you! :)

I vote that you’re overthinking it and it doesn’t make a difference. Goodness knows what they are or aren’t doing with reservations behind the scenes (and they could always add more later and free it up again) so DCA being unavailable at the moment isn’t necessarily proof of anything in and of itself.

Although it does seem likely that that time of year will see an increase in Magic Keyholders who have been previously blocked, barring other factors - party nights, conventions, special events, whatever - who knows what reservation availability does or doesn’t mean moment to moment.

Because there is no transparency around how Disney handles this, there is no way of knowing why this particular bucket of reservations is not available right now. I wouldn’t overthink it and just go with whichever park works best for you.
