Would you repeat 2011?

I voted definitely because I got to take two Florida vacations in 2011! ( And that's really rare for us.)

Yes, it would be a dream come true to repeat it, because in 2012 my baby girl turns 18 and goes to college. And in 2011 we finally saw improvements in her health. All in all, I'd love to relive this year again.

Great year! My husband was very supportive and let me go on my dream trip- a 15 night Transatlantic cruise by myself. Having never traveled by myself (almost 40)before it was very empowering. I had time to reflect and find myself. I realized that I can never change my mom. I am at peace with it and realized I will never have the relationship I would like with her. i decided yo expect nothing from her and it made my life better. I have told her how I felt and she agreed that she was a bad mother, but will never change.

We went on a family trip to Alaska.
My husband got a new job with a promotion and raise.

We paid off all credit card debt.

We had some great things happen in 2011-mainly our son getting engaged

But we had 2 deaths of family/friend that were very tough-so no dont want to repeat this year

I had an AMAZING 2011! It was hands down the best year of my life so far but I would never repeat it. I just would not want to live a year more than once good or bad. I am also very optimistic about 2012 because 2011 was so good so I am ready for 2012 instead of wanting to repeat 2011!

I voted rather not. It wasn't an awful year, but it was stressful and 'no fun' at all.
Now, if I could have a do-over, I'l like to repeat 2010 with the information I have now. I could have made our lives much better/easier if I had known then, what I know now....

Wife in hospital for week and has emergency surgery!

Father-in-law and grandmother both die of cancer!

Father has cancer surgery!

Mother has knee replacement surgery that went wrong!

I just about can't wait till 2012 hits!

Business, family and health wise could have gone better. Hopping 2012 goes better. I know that we make our own way and I blame no one so will try harder to have a better 2012.

Yes and no...

It was the hardest year of my life.

My DH being deployed was the HARDEST thing I have ever been through. I have very few friends here...NO family and I HATE TX. It was the absolute LONELIEST I have ever felt.

Some things happened during this deployent that I wish I weren't alone for.

BUT...On the other hand I have never been more proud of myself either. I feel like I can do ANYTHING now. So looking at it from THAT angle...yes.

It wasn't a terrible year but I'd rather not!

I'm looking forward to 2012: getting my BA, getting married, etc!

Yes, I would repeat the year if I could.

We had a wonderful Florida trip (including a cruise) in January.

We spent a lot of time at our property up north from April - October.

Our son got re-married to a very sweet woman in July and we gained 2 new granddaughters.

The crops (DH is a farmer) were great and the prices were too.

Spent lots of time enjoying the grandchildren.

It was a very nice year.

Me either. I know, 2012 could be worse, but I always hold out hope for improvement in the future.

Absolutley not i would not repeat this year. It has been awful from start to finish, and even though its almost over the hits just keep comming.

Things tha that happened

Mom had to have heart surgery alomst killed her

Town i live in flooded son lost his school and sister lost her house

DH is very ill and has been for sometime only we didn't know it

My mom is ill again and has had to have several biopsies

We find out yesterday that we need a new water heater and it will cost over 1,000.00

So bring on a new year i'm ready for a fresh start.

My entire 2011 wasn't horrible, but I would not want it to happen again. We did have a couple of nice trips (wdw x2 and Ireland) but that was about the highlight.

My grandmother died.

My DS has had a hard year at school with grades, other kids, angsts and axieties, middle school is hell!

And a pine tree fell onto our house and all the way into his bedroom during Irene and we had to move out for 2 months (our house is pretty nice now though).

So, I figure surely 2012 will be a little better.

Not a bad year. Not great either. Honestly, 2010 I would repeat. I got to see quite a few family and friends in 2010 who I don't get to see often at all and I would love to relive some of that.

But I am on to 2012 and excited about it.
