What beach or what lake? We stayed at a condo in Kona for a night and the beach was all rocky. But then lake views can be spectacular. Like Lake Tahoe.
Oregon coast view--doesn't have to be accessible, and I would prefer as few people out there as possible. Once you have more than the occasional person walking their dog, I'd go for a mountain view. Those beach/lake views posted with people in them look stress inducing to me. Wayyyy too crowded.
Question is vague. Do you mean as a permanent residence or someplace to vacation? Nevermind............. this is one of those threads from the person who never returns for a discussion..............LOL.
