Would you let your DD have one of these?

So, I've been messing around with some of my glitter the past few days, and made several of these little castles:

I was thinking the other day about how I would like to take some sort of little 'Magical Pass-Along' to WDW with me in January to give out to kids. I was thinking that this little castle would be perfect to randomly hand out to little girls!

Here's my question... If someone came up to you and wanted to give one to your DD, would you let her have one? I don't want parents to think I'm trying to stalk their kids or anything. I just really wanted to share some magic with others while I'm there in January! What do you guys think? Good idea or not? I've heard of people handing out Mickey balloons and stickers, I just wanted to do something different.

I too think its wonderful idea. Any princess would be happy to have one I happen to have 2 DS's but if I had a DD I would'nt be at all offended, I think it's a wonderful way to share the magic.

Actually, I made them myself out of polymer clay and glitter! I can't wait to start spreading the magic!!

I think that would be very sweet and kind of you......we live in a world where much of the negative is always highlighted - leaving people suspicous...however, their are MANY MANY kind hearted, well intentioned people, and I would think you were one of them !!!

They are beautiful I would fell very honard if my daughter(even though I only have sons) received one.

If your felling a bit uneasey about it print out some tags on your pc and tell them theve been R.A.K.ed (random act of kindness)

You might even ask them to do a random act of kindness for some one else.
Kind of pay it forward!

I love it! My DD7 would love it, too! I really like the idea of making a little tag for them to explain it a little. Another suggestion, try and put a hole through the middle of it so they can bead with it when they get home!? The tag could even be tied through it.

I wanted to get into learning polymer clay. I ended up buying a Minnie Mouse necklace by a wonderful woman on eBay instead! I could see that castle strung with some crystal beads after our trip being just perfect!

Nice way to spread the magic!

I just checked in since a post was just made to this thread and I realized that you HAVE made the castle into a pendant! I'm sorry I missed that the first time I looked at the picture! I like the way you did it with a ring on the top with the ribbon rather than putting a hole in it to make it a bead!

Thanks everyone! I'm getting really excited about this!! I was already just so excited about going to Disney World in the first place. I honestly feel so blessed that I have found a place like WDW, a place that makes me and so many others so happy, where there is real magic and pixie dust! Disney World is just my happy place. I just really want others to feel the same way as I do.

lazydazy8, yes it is already a pendant! I wanted the girls to be able to do something with it when they got it home!

I'm working on tags for them right now. I want them to say something about how this is just a simple random act of kindness, and that the only thing I ask for in return is that they will pass on the kindness to someone else while they are at WDW. I also want to use the phrase 'pixie-dusted' in there somewhere.

"Now, go out and Pixie-Dust someone!"
