Would you go to Disney Studios on a Wednesday (in December)?

In my last three trips to WDW, we never had a crowded day at MGM, so I figure one day is as good as the next.

If you are travelling with kids who like characters, go first thing in the morning. We got pictures with Minnie and Goofy together, Mickey and Pluto together, and Pooh and Piglet.

I would go to MGM any time, any place...oh wait the place is always the same .

I have it for a Wedn. the week before christmas. We are hitting MVMCP that tues and have it down from 10:00Am until 2:00Pm that day.

I think you're too concerned about this kind of thing. Go to the park when you want. For every person that avoids a park because of EMH, there's another that does the opposite.

The only thing I would avoid is MK on a Sunday, since new arrivals hit the Kingdom first.

I went just this past Wednesday and there were almost no lines. If it's an EMH day, it may be busier. Depending on when you go in December, it may be busier because of the holidays, but if that's the reason for the crowds, it won't really matter which day you go.

I'm also going to MGM on a Wednesday and I'm hoping for no lines and small crowds this December. I'm going on the 13th, and Friday, the 15th.

I went to MGM on a Wednesday in September and it wasn't crowded at all. Probably because everyone was at Animal Kingdom for their EMH night.

The only thing I would avoid is MK on a Sunday, since new arrivals hit the Kingdom first.

No MK on the Sunday? Awk! That's what we planned to do on our arrival.

It's not an EMH day (someone correct me if I'm wrong). Should be a great day to go. Can't wait! MGM is my fave Disney park!

us too, but we are sticking to the plan. plus the parade taping could still be going on, and i am hoping that will attract some people away from the rides. lol

I had read another thread that said to avoid Disney Studios on Wed, but I am not sure their reasoning.

I see that Touring plans says it is good on Wednesdays. I think we will be okay. Who knows....
