Do you think it would be repetitive? I know its different meals, but two times in the same restaurant (not the same day though)?? Im just not sure. If both are great, then I'll keep both. We do have a lot of other breakfasts scheduled and character meals, so I don't want to keep both just cause of the atmosphere of BF with Lilo and Co. Im thinking good food too. Any thoughts?

I haven't been to 'Ohana, but here's my take on the matter -

With all the restaurant options at Disney, there's soooo much I want to try that I haven't been to before. I wouldn't go to the same place twice in one trip because you're missing an opportunity to dine somwhere else!

Agreed. Plus I think Ohana breakfast is one of the weaker ones, when you compare it to something like Tusker House

We don't usually do breakfasts because we justaren't breakfast people, KWIM?

But we did the breakfast a couple years ago with Lilo and Stitch and the kids still talk about it. Stitch was so bad. he stole my DD's sippeecup and pretended to drink from it. She's yelling , DS is falling off his chair laughing. It was classic.

We would do both.

We have done both and will do both again. I really like family style meals. So much less hectic than a buffet. We really don't eat big breakfasts so a buffet at that time of day isn;t at the top of or list. I also think that while they take place in the same restaurant the similarities stop there. Stitch is fun and is a good character for my boys. I say give it a try.

The b-fast and dinner at Ohana are totally different so it will not even seem like going to the same restaurant twice. We are doing both b/c we love the dinner (food and theme). We are also doing b-fast there on the morning we leave for convenience and b/c DD loves Lilo and Stich.

I agree that the family style meals are so much more relaxing than the buffets with small children. No trying to keep kids at the table while one parent prepares plates or attending to the child at the buffet or getting up 4 times b/c someone at the table wants something different.

I agree with the PP -- the 2 meals are nothing alike.

The breakfast is a character meal with a small selection of items but lots of character interaction.

The dinner has no characters, but lots of atmosphere and games and entertainment for the kids (and kids at heart). The food offerings here are tremendous -- bread, salad, potstickers, chicken wings, veggies, noodles, beef, turkey, pork and shrimp skewers, plus the best dessert offered at WDW!!!:goodvibes

Both are served family-style at the table, but that's about the only thing that's the same. I think it would be worth it to try both if they both look appealing to you. It's not like going to Chef Mickeys for breakfast and dinner since the atmosphere changes at 'Ohana between the two meals).

Hope this helps!:)

I could honestly eat at O'Hana 3 times in one day!

Seriously though, I have to agree that the 2 meals are so different that I would keep both.

Definitely keep both! Ohana is one of our favorites and we always do breakfast and dinner. You just can't go wrong with either meal.

That should be fine. We actually ate at Ohana dinner twice during our stay and so glad that we did because it was the best meals of our trip. The other meals were fine but this one was great!!!

I think it would be fine if you like the menus. Especially if you are staying at the Poly since it is so convenient.

But, if this is your first trip, or your only trip for the foreseeable future, and you aren't staying at the Poly, I wouldn't do it. I would want to experience other restaurants. Plus, travel to and from the Poly is a bit rough to do twice in a trip, in my opinion.

We did both meals on our last trip...and it was great! We did dinner more toward the beginning of our trip (which was delicious...definitely want to go back!) and breakfast our last park day (day before departure). My kids love Stitch and this is a "must do" meal for us every year.

We did both on our last trip. We were there for 10 days and did breakfast on our second morning and dinner towards the end of the trip. I didn't think it was repetitive going twice and since it was a longer trip, we had plenty of time to eat at other places as well. Also, we were staying at Poly so it was easy to get there. If we were only going for a few days or staying somewhere that it would've been a hike to get to Poly I might've felt differently.

We are doing both on our November trip and can't wait!:woohoo: We do the dinner EVERYTIME we go as it's a family favorite, but the breakfast is a first for us this time. DD7 is a Stitch nut;), so we're not really going for the food KWIM?

I like both, I'd do both... we did last trip, and we enjoyed it. We're only doing Ohana dinner this time, though. I'm kinda sad we're not doing both, but it's a short trip.

We did both breakfast and dinner at Ohana and enjoyed both of them very much. If Tusker House is better, than it will be on our to do list for next time. I would recommend both meals at Ohana.

We have never been to Ohana and we will try breakfast and dinner in our Dec trip. We are staying at CR so getting there is not a problem for us...its just a monorail ride and plus it two different type of experience. For Breakfast, we are going for the character and for dinner we are going for the food. I would keep both, I like trying new restaurant each trip and if we like both that's great if not at least we tried it and I can check it off my list.
