Would you do in these situations ?

Are you my ex? We had this conversation so many times in our relationship. Would you leave me if I became paralyzed, fat, disfigured, etc. He once dared to say he'd dump me if I got fat.

Yes, I would stay with him no matter what. I know there'd be rough days and it would be very hard but I love my DH and I made a committment to him before the Lord.

I think that goes along with for sickness or health

Same here. My vows said in sickness and in health, for better or for worse.

Yes and yes...it took me 30+ years to find him, I'm not letting him go.

I would absolutely stay with my husband, but I would also be sure to make sure not to become a martyr in the process. I watched my father-in-law become a very unhappy, bitter man because he took on way too much while caring for my mother-in-law. I would get as much help as I could and I would try hard not to let his disability become an emotional blackhole. If my children were still small I would work hard to make sure they had lives that are as normal as possible under the circumstances.
