Never been there before, is breakfast as big a deal for ressies as dinner?

Thanks :)

Yes, breakfast is a big deal. It is fantastic. We love the calabash breakfast. Definately make a reservation if there is a specific time you want to go.

It can be depending on time of year and what time you want to eat. I had a 8:00am ADR in December and when we were leaving there were quite a few people waiting to get in.

Have to agree. But it's a strange place. We've waited long past our PS time with a lot of tables empty, then last time, Sunday in Dec, we checked in 15 mins early, told them the whole groups wasn't here yet, but they seated us anyhow. Still, worth the wait, and a must-do for us.

We made an ADR for breakfast there! I hate waiting, so I figure if I already know I want to eat there- I might as well make the ADR! :)

Made no ADR for breakfast there in December (first week, so not peak season), called 3 mornings in a row and they were booked solid and taking no walk-ins. Finally had to order room service to get my Tonga Toast! Thank goodness I was staying there!

Yes I would make an ADR for Breakfast. With the popularity of the dining plan there are alot more people eating at the TS restaurants now. I would make ADR's for any restuarant I want to eat at.

On our last trip, we had made ADR's for their first seating (7:30 I think). When we got to the restaurant that morning, there were about 4 other families waiting to be seated. I think the restaurant was almost full by 8:30. So, I would make the ADR....you can always cancel, but at least you know you are guarenteed some Tonga Toast! :thumbsup2

It does tend to get pretty busy later on in the morning. If you were to make ADR than you would definatly be guarenteed a seat in advance (obviously).

Thanks everyone :) I will definitely try to make a ressie for this place, good to know it's worth a visit :thumbsup2
