Would you be worried???

We are flying on Delta on the 15th. Apparently they are having arbitration on the 15th to determine if Delta can override the contracts of employees to lower salaries. It seems as though they couldn't strike all in the same day, right???? Anyone have any opinions or perspective?

ouch! I would see about switching airlines. Better safe than sorry. On a positive note, the other airlines will probably have sales to catch the "extra business".

We're flying on Song on 4/13. I heard on the radio this morning that their president can authorize a stike anytime after 4/17. We're stuck with our tix - non refundable. Figure if they go on strike once we're there-who cares. We'll find a way back eventually!! From what I've been hearing, most experts doubt the pilots will strike. If they do, Delta officials have stated that it would be the end of the airline. It seems that going on strike would cause them all to be unemployed - not a smart move. Good luck with your trip.
