Would we need more MK time and if so when?

We are two adults and I do look forward to going to MK but iffy about how much time we will need. I was wondering if we have a day where we do BB & MK in the same day would that be enough time? It might be BB then MK rather than getting to MK when it opens. PI is the plan for the previous night so I might not be able to get up too early

There is time Friday morning or Sunday morning to revisit MK, but I guess Friday would be the day before - should we try to hit MK before we go on Saturday or just wait and see?

In all the years going to WDW, we have never done a water park and amusement park on the same day. To us, thats wasting a ticket. During our stays there is always one or two down days, for either shopping at DTD or Disney west side or a water park day. You pay 60 bucks to go to a park for the day, use it for the whole day and paying another 22 bucks for a water park in the same day, thats alot to do plus too much money, unless you are on a time constraint, short vacation or the like. Down days after a few days at the parks are needed for us.

We have a 6-day day ticket so we aren't buying separate admission to these parks. And we have 4 pluses so we are going to two water parks and would have to put them on the same day as a theme park or we won't have time to do them. Unless we do PI twice and I'm worried about waking up the next day... I have a hard time waking up in the morning... on a good day I can wake up at 8AM even on vacations.

If you want to get 8-10 rides in, I'd get there with EMH as early as possible. FastPass aside, if you figure even a short 10 minutes in line for each ride, that's 60 to 80 minutes of wait time right there. And it takes time to get from ride to ride. A crowded day can really slow down your movements. Lines are longer later in the day. Lines at 3 pm can be quite long.

We often do dinner in the MK and then a parade and/or fireworks. Don't worry, you'll have plenty to fill up your time. A handy thing to know is that during the parade or fireworks is a good time to do rides. Lines tend to be shorter at this time.

There's a LOT to do and see in the MK, not just rides. Don't cut your time too short. If this is your first trip, you'll soon discover how really big the place is and how easy it is to underestimate how much time you'll want to spend there if you want to experience the whole park. It isn't your average "amusement park".
