Many of you know, that I am overweight, and had a major heart attack over the summer... 6Tuple bypass.
I am thinking of creating a motivational website where I track my progress of weight loss and health for 365 days ( not for profit ). It will be like a combination blog / standard website.
I'll post my "today" photos ... and follow it through 365 days, adding more photos, videos, and maybe even a podcast or something. It will show what I am eating. I'll post my workout charts....
Again, it is all non profit....
What I am thinking here is that it might be motivational to watch the actual progress.
What do you think? Do you have any ideas you might want to contribute? Anything that helps people.
