Tommorrow's my ADR day. I'm going to try to get everything I can online first, then will call at 7 AM for the shows & FDP. I'd like to book Ohana for 8 pm for our arrival night. I'm doing a dry run, using 9/8. When I put in our party size, there are two times open- 6:40 and 8:50. If I add an infant, 8:05 is open. Would it be wrong to add an infant, then show up without one?

If that is what you have to do to get the reservation than i say do it. You can always minus a person or two but adding in people is difficult at the last minute. How do you know what times will be available when you window opens up. There are more than two dinner times at Ohana.
