Am a little sad that we would of been in Disney Thursday we were not allowed out of school due to 6 year olds sats so changed to October which I think will be more fun, going to Halloween party. Just got to wait a bit longer but my youngest 3 year old keeps asking when we are going as we surprised them Christmas day

It is a real shame but, for what it's worth, I think you made the right decision. We love Disney for Halloween and MNSSHP is great. Plus, it's not really that much longer to wait. It'll be here before you know it

My 6 y/o is missing her sats for our trip, but the school let her rearrange.

Look on the positive side - in three weeks time you'll be very happy you moved your trip

October is one of our favourite times to go. All the decorations for Halloween and the lovely comfortable weather make it very special. As others have said, in 3 weeks time you'll still have a fantastic holiday to look forward to and your 6 year old won't have missed any schooling either. Win, win
