Depends how small you mean -You can go direct, which might be easier than stalking the resale sites and timing wise you could get current points at a pro rated MF. Those smaller resale contracts get snatched up quick.

Www.dvcsales.com is a newer resale agency that tends to have them a little longer than others. Right now they have a 25 pt BRV available. I just purchased a 50pt one through them. Worth looking but could make sense to go direct too!

I had a great experience with them this spring! Bought a 50 pt SSR contract for much less than some of the bigger brokers were listing them for.

I'm not sure if the closing cost varies per resort, but my closing costs for 75 points for BLT cost ~$200.

If you are looking at a 25 point contract to buy, my opinion is buy it direct. No hassle, points to use immediately. Cheaper closing costs than resale. If you use the Disney Chase Visa credit card you get 6 month 0% interest. If it is 50 or more resale would be the way to go. Usually anything 75 points and less get a premium price tag on the resale market. Plus if you buy direct they can easily give you the same use year, making using them much easier. Finding resale with same use year might take some work to find depending on resort.
