Would it be possible to make it to this ADR?

I made ADR's already and now our flight has changed. We are now getting into Orlando at 11:30. I made a 2:30 reservation for Coral Reef.

Would three hours be enough time to get from the airport, get checked into a cabin at Ft. Wilderness, get our stuff together and get to EPCOT? Or should I just cancel this one and make a new ADR?

I would make a new ADR and not have to be stressed over it, its not a lot of time if you factor in all the equations such as landing on time but being delayed getting to the gate to get off the plane, how long it will take you to navigate in the airport, are you using DME or renting a car etc. Using DME you might luck up and get on a bus then leave right away or sit there and wait for it to fill up with more guests, will you be the first stop or the last, how long will it take to check in at the Fort, then transportation to Epcot, plus getting to the Coral Reef itself.I am sure you will get responses that will say its plenty of time and others that say its not enough time. I just wouldnt want to start my vacation feeling so rushed to try to keep a reservation that you could change to a later time.
