the first week of Feb 2003 or the second week right before Presidents Day?? Or wouldn't it matter. Would be in the parks M-F. Would like to avoid the crowds.

Earlier is better, less spring break folks then. Peak season begins February 13 and the prices are MUCH higher than value season (which is what it will be in early February).

If it were up to me, I would go BOTH!

I don't really have an opinion as to which week was less crowded. I think we have gone during both. I'm pretty sure President's weekend will be the most crowded of the bunch.
