would i have a problem using this card?

its the new american express prepaid credit card called travel fuds.
I want to get it for our trip but am worried that alot of
places at WDW will not take American Express.
i would at least be able to use it at an atm but wonder how many places actually do accept AMEX.

Everything in the parks should be able to take it since it is from American Express and most places at downtown disney (non-disney owned shop) should take it since they are mostly national compinies.

if all else fails, and your staying at one of the disney resorts, try charging everything you buy to your room, and then pay it off with your card at the hotel.

A nice advantage of this card is that it can be accepted at ATMs. If you cannot use it in WDW shops (which I doubt will happen), you can always go to an ATM to withdraw cash from the card's balance.

There are fees to use this card at an ATM, just like using an ATM that is not "your" bank. At the AMEX site for this, they explain everything quiet well.

I am possible thinking of getting one of those when we go too. I have a long wait yet. So I am sure someone here will have used one by that time. Otherwise I am going with traveler's checks and small amount of cash!
