Would anyone be interested in a Pal Mickey swap?

The stroller swap and the recent thread about buying a fridge and selling it at the end of your WDW stay got me thinking.

I'd love to try Pal Mickey but at $8/day or $60 purchase, we'll probably pass. I started wondering if it would be possible to swap him between several DIS folks, dividing the cost between them.

I might! My DH and I thought it looked cool and were going to use it a couple of days on the trip. They tell you the waits at the rides and such, right? How would you work it?

I would love to do that too. I don't want to buy one for myself, but I have always wanted to try one. I'll even buy him a Speedo! lol

I think this is a grand idea even though we won't be going back for sometime! We did use Pal Mickey on this last trip. I got him at the Poly when we were having a late start morning going to EPCOT and then the next morning we were going to MK. It was fun and added some new diversion to the trip. We paid the $8 and didn't have to return him until before noon the next day.

I would consider getting one in the future. He added a bit of extra adventure for my DD who has made the trip several times.

I'm interested! We'll be in orlando July 30 (arriving late) and leaving August 14.

Our WDW part of the trip will be Aug. 7-Aug. 14 (the other part is a family reunion, but I could "babysit" Pal Mickey if no one is using it)

Would love to do a pal Mickey swap. I will be going Sept 14-19. staying at Ft Wilderness cabins. I did not take part in stroller swap so I would need to find out how are were to pick and drop off Mickey.

We'll be in WDW July 10 - 15. If Mickey needs a babysitter, we're willing to look after him. But, I'd much rather see a younger family take him for that week if they want him.

We can take Pal Mickey fro May 7 to 13th just let us know how it works, as we have never swapped before. As of right now it looks like ours are the first dates so if we start it what do we do? Somebody who is more experienced and going sometime in April feel free to sign up! Explanation please.

I'd be willing to pitch in, how would we split the costs? Paypal money to the first user? We'll be there 5/31 to 6/6, we could use it. I noticed hyzdufan already posted for 6/1 to 6/10 for watching it -- if you don't need him and are just offering to watch, we could use him and pass to you. But if need to use it, you can have it of course since you posted first!

Oops, just noticed that someone else posted earlier in the thread for 5/25 - 6/2. I guess that rules us out, sorry!
