Worst thing you ever ate at Disney?

The most disgusting meal was at Yakitori House and was the Beef Udon. Slimy and tastless!!

Both meals that I've had at 50's Primetime Cafe. :crazy2::crazy2:

ETA: Mama Melroses. Not sure how I forgot that one.

Can't eat a single thing from Chef Mickey. Even the mashed potatoes were bad. The place was just gross from the food to the dirty floors.

Captain Jacks

Everything was nasty but the Mashed Potatoes and veggies were horrific!

I don't think they taste bad, but those giant turkey legs in the Magic Kingdom just hold no appeal for me. It always makes me a little queezy when I see people gnawing on them like cavepeople. I tried it, I liked it, I'm over it.

Oh, and don't get me started about those ribs at Rainforest Cafe... All fat and NO flavor! YUCK!

The only thing I haven't been able to eat more than a bite of was the Eggplant soup at Tony's.
By far the absolute worst thing to ever cross our lips at WDW was our meal at Tony's this past Oct. In all of the years we've gone (and we've had a few umpleasant meal experiences) this was by far the worse. I'll compare the lasagne to a frozed dinner that has been overcooked and left out to dry for the better part of the day and DH's spaghetti resembled gluey pasta with tasteless sauce.
Tony's is just a so-so place. I don't go there anymore.
The entire meal at Tony's. Yuck.
Dry pasta and greasy calamari.

For me, Tony's Town Square in MK wins the dishonor of being the most disgusting food I've eaten while vacationing at WDW. :crazy2: Worst shrimp scampi I've had in my life. Sundried tomatoes seemed like they were going rotten. Lasagna tasted like a crappy frozen dinner with cheap jar sauce. Nothing like mama would have made!

Dole Whip is hands down the worst thing I ever ate at a Disney property. I had such high hopes and it tasted like melted plastic.
I must agree!
HERE'S THE BIG SHOCK - DOLE WHIP!!!!!! DISGUSTING!!!!!!!
Hands down, The Dole Whips! NASTY !! My DW and I eat just about anything, but we both have to say, they do taste like plastic as another poster on this board stated.:sad2:
I agree. DH and I both agreed it was WAAAY too tart, and ended up trashing ours.

I also don't get the hype on that thing. Two bites and I threw it in the garbage. Total blech. Not the worst thing I ate at Disney, but I won't ever get it again.

It always smells so good. We tried it a couple years ago and it tasted like a big hotdog. Not what I expected at all. And messy too.

Thw absalute worst thing I ever ate at DW was at 50's Prime Time Cafe in DHS. Ordered the salmom and it was dryer then the Sahara!!!!!Terrible and it wasn;t cheap. The service was bad, wait staff slow, really slow, and the meal was horrid. The only good part were the milkshakes. They were expensive but at least they were good.

I would seriously thiunk twice about going to 50;s again.

Wow, that is a toss up.... either,

#3 - Cold, greasy noodles in China
#2 - Nasty, Doughy, Tasteless waffle at Sleepy Hollow in MK and..
#1 - Grits that were sooooo salty at Liberty Tree Tavern that I made the manager eat them. I thought he was going to vomit!

Though considering all the great food I've had, the bad is only about 3-5%. Not too bad overall I think. Then again, I never eat Disney burgers or most counter food...... that may effect my percentage.

Years ago...the cold herring salad on the buffet at Biergarten. I thought I was getting a mouthful of something like a potato salad and it was so slimy and disgusting! I thought I was going to die!

Another vote for the noodle bowl at Tomorrowland Terrace Noodle Station!

...and yet another vote for the Noodle Station. I was famished when we ate there and I couldn't get past the third bite. Had to chuck it in the trash.

Close second: the short ribs at Chefs. Fatty, gross and EXPENSIVE!

I don't think I've ever eaten anything that was absolutely horrible. I think I could actually stomach everything but I will say Chef Mickey's food left a LOT to be desired. And ABC Commissary and Starlight Ray's cafe are both a tie for worst counter service for me. But I can find something at all these places that I could eat. Or at least tide me over until I find a soft pretzel :rotfl:

I had some ribs from Flame Tree Barbeque about four years ago. Not the best but not the worst. I was the only one in my family to eat them.

30 minutes later we had made our way to Rafiki's Planet Watch. Without any warning, my lunch declared war on me. I made it to a restroom in the nick of time. After getting sick, I told my wife I had to go back to our room. I couldn't go to the parks until another 48 hours later and I couldn't eat much the remainder of our trip. Not cool when you are the free dining plan.

Ever since, the smells from Flame Tree bring me to a point of almost getting sick again.

Hi
This will be a surprise, but it was the California Grill. They made a meat free lasagna that was inedible. I've eaten there before and the food was great.
