Who do you think is the worst, and why?

To me, Prince John from Robin Hood. He imprisoned an entire town and was going to kill the clergyman.

Claude Frollo was pretty bad too. Self-righteous and giving poor old Quasi quite the negative self-image ("You are deformed, and you are ugly"). I guess being a teacher I'm extra sensitive to those kinds of things considering some of the parents I've dealt with over the years! Also trying to blame his own shortcomings (like his lust for Esmerelda) on someone else.

Maleficent was horrible since she trying to kill an innocent girl all because her parents forgot to invite her to the party.

Killing his brother and then trying to kill his nephew so he could be king. Then turning the kingdom into a wasteland.
