I am hoping our trip we planned for October gets better then the trouble we had with reservations.
We were planning on staying at SoG but our family really wanted to stay with Disney again so when a new code came available to us I called to reserve..
After 5.9 hours in all on hold, 8 disconnections and speaking with a total of 12different reservation folks they finally got things right.
Most that I spoke to were average but 2 were rude and one extremely rude and argumentive.. Only 1 by the name of Tamson was very helpful, sweet, cheerful and what you would expect (true Disney attitude)...
We are saving but I really wonder if it was really worth it (guess I will find out when I get my phone bill lol)...
