We are scheduled to set sail on the Wonder on Sept 26 and were wondering how soon we should recieve our documents? We booked through a travel agent in Florida and due to hurricane Charley the agency is closed(no electric/damage?) Does the travel agency receive the documents and mail them to us or do we get them directly from Disney? I'm worried we may not get them in time for the cruise. We are first time cruisers.

We are on the same cruise and have not rec'vd anything as of yet, although we did get all the info on shore excursions this afternoon. Talked to my TA yesterday and she said not to sweat it... 2-3 weeks prior to cruise is normal.

When I called DCL the other day, I was told that the docs had been printed but not mailed yet. I think the CM said they were going out this week.

If you did not book air thru DCL, docs usually come about 4 weeks before the cruise. If you did book air, it is more like 2 weeks. If you used a TA, the docs will be sent to them. It is their responsibility to pass them along to you--again, a possible delay. However, it is not yet time to worry. If you don't see them by 9/1, call DCL again.
