worried about driving nashville

i was thinking about driving from chicago to orlando a trip i make several times a year but with all the floods in nashville whats my alternate for driving we take 57-24-75

A friend of mine just drove through Nashville yesterday and said that the roads are dirty, but in good shape.

The Interstates are fine. Several of the side streets and alternate routes suffered damage. US70 just west of Nashville seems to have been the worst.

even if you take the Indiana route you end up going around Nashville.. just take care and avoid rush hour..

Thankfully all the roads are open again. No trouble on the interstates. It was really rough last weekend, but no more rain this past week so the water had a chance to go down. Come on down!!!
