Finally getting around to booking DC for August. I couldn't book till my brother could as my son is only 12 and doing dolphin swim but we aren't so has to have another adult. My brothers family all doing dolphin swim so we had to wait till they were able to book. Anyway, cheapest is Travel Republic. Noticed that Attraction Tickets Direct are sold out for all of August but on TR it asked for 3 preferred dates. So gave them a call as I didn't want to pay alot of money only to find out date was unavailable. Spoke to the most unhelpful customer service person ever who was absolutely not interested. She was unable to tell me if dates available and said we had to book and pay first! Asked what happens if our date was fully booked and she said money would be refunded but couldn't confirm how long. As its over £1000 I am thinking just pay the extra and book with Discovery Cove direct even though about $100 more expensive overall (not per person)
Anyone else booked DC through TR.

Why don't you check available dates on Discovery Cove website, then book through Travel Republic and give them three date options that you know are definitely available.

ETA: Just for the record, looks as though www .attractiontix. co.uk are only £1 more for the 'swim' ticket and you can get cashback through Quidco for them. You can also choose your date when you book and will know straight away if available.

Thanks, tried Attraction Tix but first date available is 10th August which is too late for my brother.

We booked our discovery tickets with american attraction back at the end of September. Even then we couldn't get the exact dates we wanted - in fact there was only 1 date left for the entire week - so we ended up with booking for the 31st July.
The problem was that they were showing as having the dates available when we booked and even now the 28th is still showing as available, but I know for a fact that it isn't as they rang me within an hour of booking and paying and advising us of the dates which were actually available. I wouldn't trust any of them to have the dates available even if they are showing as. That was 6 months ago! :scared1:

I booked with Travel Republic and only gave them 2 dates as these were the only two that would fit into our trip. We got our 2nd choice, although both were showing as available on Discovery Coves website. I found them to be fine and cheaper than anywhere else I looked, but do make sure you only give them dates you are happy to do and if none are available they should refund you pretty quickly.
