I know that offsite guests can be in the park for EMH but cant ride anything. Now is the World showcase like a ride if I just wann browse thru it during an evening EMH? I mean just see the buildings and landscaping.

I was there in September and I saw quite a few people without the EMH bands walking around the showcase. I don't know if they were suppose to or not but they were.

No one is asked to leave any park during the evening EMH. You can walk around and shop or whatever. Without the wristbands you are not allowed on any of the rides or attractions.
I think a lot of World Showcase closes at the regular closing time. Not much to do on that side during EMH. Most of the action is in Future World.
